The clients wanted a clean semi-industrial design to improve their suburban Boulder home. They needed a more comfortable living room and a lower level master suite. They were very interested in incorporating energy saving techniques into the design.
The rear elevation shows the lower level master suite and sunken patio area. One of the passive cooling towers is visible to the right of the living room dormer.
